Here are 5 ways to find out what retirement plan you have:

Log into your myMERS account. Look under retirement accounts, to see your program(s).
Contact your employer.
Call our Service Center, at 800.767.MERS (6377) weekdays.
Refer to the Welcome letter MERS sent you upon initial enrollment, either emailed to you or mailed to your address.
Refer to a MERS statement – it will indicate what program it is specific to.
