Welcome to Municipal Employees’ Retirement System (MERS) of Michigan. As a new participant in one (or more) MERS programs, there are some things you should know to help you understand your benefits and make the most of them. We’re here to help.

Your Online Account

The first thing you should do is set up your online account(s). With your personal account you can:

  • Update beneficiary information as needed
  • View account information for the plans you are enrolled in
  • Calculate various savings and retirement estimates
