Building and expanding relationships with current and prospective customers through a variety of channels, including a service center that manages inbound and outbound calls, emails, online chat, as well as traveling positions, all who work directly with customers.

Accounting for MERS finances and providing plan administrative support and actuarial analysis and reports.
