Description: An eBlast from MERS Relationship Managers was sent to municipalities with DC, 457, HCSP plans to let them know that beginning in April, participants in DC, 457, HCSP, and IRA plans will transition to a flat administrative fee of $10 per month per participant. It explains how this fee will be charged once per individual, regardless of how many plans they’re enrolled in, and will appear on quarterly statements which will be delivered in July 2026.
