Description: Participants who have access to use their Health Care Savings Program (HCSP) funds (typically this means they are terminated from employment or retired) and have account balance were notified via email that effective 4/1, they can no longer submit receipts via email for purchase verification or reimbursement purposes. The email also provided alternative methods in which they can submit receipts.
