Description: In partnership with leading data visualization organization GovInvest, MERS has launched a new actuarial self-service online tool developed especially for MERS municipalities – the Total Liability Calculator Basic (TLC Basic). MERS sent an eblast to primary and finance contacts announcing that the tool is now available and providing them with their unique login information.
