Description: In partnership with leading data visualization organization GovInvest, MERS has launched a new actuarial self-service online tool developed especially for MERS municipalities – the Total Liability Calculator Basic (TLC Basic). An email was sent from each Regional Manager to the relevant contacts within their region announcing that the tool is being launched next week and telling them to watch for their login information to be emailed on Monday.
