Description: A postcard was sent to 26,793 MERS participants aged 65+ informing them that Medicare Open Enrollment is October 15 – December 7, 2018. During this time period, Medicare participants can review and make changes to their 2019 health coverage. Participants are encouraged to schedule a consultation with a benefits counselor with our preferred private retiree health care exchange partner, Mercer Marketplace 365.
