MERS is mailing a packet of information to any person who was eligible to use their HCSP account prior to 1/1/19.
The packet contains a letter (printed on MERS letterhead) with some important reminders regarding the claims administration transition that took place at the beginning of this year. It also includes a guide that highlights eligible expenses that HCSP funds can be used for, step-by-step instructions and screenshots to using the Claims Management Portal in myMERS, and important beneficiary reminders. This mailing is an effort to address questions and concerns that we've heard from participants over the last few months regarding some changes to the claims reimbursement process.
