Description: Each year, MERS randomly selects a group of active participants and sends them a survey to provide feedback on how we are doing and identify ways we can improve our service and programs. 

​The 2019 Voice of the Customer survey was sent out today (4/16/19). The participant evaluation is going out to 5,250 randomly selected active participants via email. 

The final due date for the survey is Friday, May 3.
