Description: Each year, MERS randomly selects a group of active participants and sends them a survey to provide feedback on how we are doing and identify ways we can improve our service and programs.
The 2018 Voice of the Customer survey was sent out today (5/10/18). The participant evaluation is going out to 5,250 randomly selected active participants via email.
The final due date for the survey is Friday, June 1st.
