Description: A reminder eblast was sent to all HR contacts at municipalities with the Health Care Savings Program regarding tax filing requirements as a result of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

The eblast covers some FAQs and provides a reminder of filing deadlines for the 1094-B and 1095-B forms.
