MERS Communication Corner

MERS is committed to communicating with our participants and employers on relevant issues and benefit information. The MERS Communication Corner is here to help you organize recent mailings or emails that were sent from MERS, so that you know what was sent and any action that needs to be taken.

Please note: All mailing dates are approximate. Large mailings such as account statements can vary up to two weeks from the mailing date.

Audience: All Participants regardless of status who did NOT opt out of the HCSP re-enrollment

Product:  Health Care Savings Program

Date Sent: 4/1/19

Format: Mail/Email

Description: As of 5:00 p.m. on 3/28, all Health Care Savings Program participant invested assets (excluding those who opted out) have been re-enrolled into the age-appropriate Retirement Strategy fund. Participants now have the ability to make investment changes.

All HCSP participants, regardless of employment status, will receive a confirmation of the re-enrollment.

Active participants with an email address on file will receive this email on 4/1.

Terminated participants with an email address on file will receive this email on 4/1.

Active participants without an email address on file will be mailed this letter on 4/1.

Terminated participants without an email address on file will be mailed this letter on 4/1.
