Description: An eblast was sent to all HR and Primary contacts at municipalities with HCSP. The eblast provides a reminder that HCSP may qualify as minimal essential coverage (MEC) under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and therefore employers are responsible for filing 1094-B and 1095-B tax forms.

The eblast also reminds employers of the accurate way to administer HCSP leave conversions per IRS guidelines.
